You can block or unblock messages from LINE users or NAVER WORKS users from other companies.
Block external contacts
If you block LINE users or NAVER WORKS users from other companies, you will no longer receive their messages, nor be able to send messages to them.
The user you blocked will not be notified and can still send messages to you.
You can find the contact information of the blocked users in 'Blocked Members' of the PC app or web settings.
Block external contacts
For the people that you did not add in Contacts, the 'Block' menu is available in the message room.
Mobile
- Open the message room with LINE users or NAVER WORKS users from other companies to block, and tap .
- Tap 'Block' to block the user.
PC Web
On the PC web, there are two ways to block users.
Block users in the message room
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Message'.
- Click the 1:1 message room with a LINE or NAVER WORKS user from other companies to block on the message room list.
- You will see a message on top saying, 'This member has not been added as message contact.' Click 'Block'.
Block users on profile
- In the group message room with LINE or NAVER WORKS users from other companies to block, click the profile photo of the user whom you have not added to your Contacts.
- Click 'Block' in their profile.
PC App
- Click on the top left of the screen.
- Click the message room with LINE users or NAVER WORKS user from other companies on the message room list.
- Click   at the top right of the message room.
- Click 'Block' to block the user.
Unblock external contacts
When you unblock a user, you can receive messages from that user again.
Mobile
- Open the message room with LINE or NAVER WORKS users from other companies to unblock, and tap .
- Tap 'Unblock'.
PC Web
On the PC web, there are two ways to unblock users.
Unblock users in the message room
- Click the 1:1 message room with a LINE or NAVER WORKS user from other companies to unblock on the message room list.
- Click  at the top right of the message room.
- Click 'Unblock'.
Unblock users in profile
- In the group message room with LINE or NAVER WORKS users from other companies to unblock, click a profile photo.
- Click 'Unblock' in their profile.
PC App
- Click on the top left of the screen.
- Click the message room with a LINE user or NAVER WORKS user from other company to unblock on the message room list.
- Click   at the top right of the message room.
- Click 'Unblock' to unblock the user.
If you want to unblock multiple users at once, go to the 'Blocked Members' on the PC app or web message settings.
Delete external contacts
You can delete users from other companies in the external contacts of Contacts.
