You can compose your form with 5 types of questions and add or copy up to 200 questions.
Also, you can set questions as required, multiple choices, and branching questions. For the order of questions, you can change freely as you want.
Add or edit questions
There must be at least one question in a form.
You can create questions in Multiple choice, Descriptive, Schedule, Dropdown, Rating, and Enter date/time formats.

| Descriptive | The respondent directly enters the answer. You can limit the answers to only numbers. |

| Enter date/time | The respondent enters the schedule directly. |
For multiple choice and dropdown questions, you can add or edit answer choices.

Set questions as required
Form creators can set each question as required.
At the bottom of the Question, turn on 'Required' to make it necessary for the respondents to answer the question.
Questions set as required have the * mark on the left of the question title.
Allow multiple answers
You can allow the respondents select multiple answer choices for a question. However, multiple answers are only available for multiple choice and schedule type questions.
Turn on 'Multiple' below the question.
Limit the number of multiple answers
For questions with 'Multiple' setting on, you can set 'No multiple selection limit' to limit respondents to only select a specific number of answers.
Press 'No multiple selection limit' on the bottom of the question to select the limit type.
- Limit by count: Respondents can select answers only up to the number entered.
- Limit by range: Respondents can select answers within the entered number range.
Rearrange the order of questions
You can change the order of questions.
Mobile
- Tap 'Reorder' on the bottom.

Copy questions
You can copy existing questions to add new questions.
The question title, description, answer choices, and images in answer choices are copied to the new question.

- Tap
of the question you want to copy. - Tap 'Copy' to copy the question.

- Clickof the question you want to copy.
- Click 'Copy' to copy the question.
Delete questions
You can delete questions.
When you delete a question with a response submitted, the corresponding response will also be deleted and cannot be restored.

Add next question
The 'Add Question' function allows you to add new questions quickly wherever you want.
Mobile
- Tapof the question in place of where you want to add a question.
- Tap 'Add Question' and then select the question type to add.
PC Web
- Clickof the question in place of where you want to add a question.
- Click 'Add Question'.
- Select the question type and then click 'Add'.
Branching question settings
Set up branching questions to show the page appropriate for the answer choice that the form participants have chosen.
You can set up branching questions only after adding pages.
The branching question setting is only available for the 'Multiple choice', 'Schedule vote', 'Dropdown', 'Rating' question types that only allows one answer choice to be selected. Also, the page for branching questions must come after the given branching page.

- Select a page to direct the participants according to the answer choice they chose. Tap 'Do not diverge' for answer choices to not apply the branching setting.

- Click of the question.
- Click 'Branching'.
- Select a question to connect according to the answer choice. Click 'Do not diverge' for answer choices to not apply the branching setting.
