Notification sound

You can set the notification sound for incoming mobile app notifications.

Mobile

Android

  1. Tap ‘Home’ on the bottom.
  2. Tap on the top right.
  3. Tap 'Notification settings'.
  4. For different types of mobile app notifications 'Message Notification', 'Mail Notification', 'Service Notification', tap each to select a notification sound.

 

iOS

  1. Tap ‘Home’ on the bottom.
  2. Tap on the top right.
  3. Tap 'Notification settings'.
    If the 'Sounds' is turned off, turn on and access OS settings. On OS settings, tap 'Notifications', turn on 'Sounds', and then go back to NAVER WORKS.
  4. Tap 'Sound' to select the notification sound.
  5. Tap 'Save'.
