Resource management

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

You can register and manage resources such as conference rooms and video conference equipment.

Registered resources can be reserved when members are adding a new event or reserving resources.

Add resources

You can add resources that members need.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Press the 'Resource ' on the top.
  3. On the right, press the 'Add resource'.
  4. Enter the category, resource name, capacity, description, company users and set the enable field to on.
    • Category : You can select the category to include the resources. Open the category list to view the full list of categories. 
    • Resource name: Enter the name of the resource. 
    • Capacity: By entering the number of people, members can use it as reference information when reserving resources.
    • Description: Enter a description for members to use as a reference when reserving resources. 
    • Enable: If on, the members can view the given resource while adding a new event or reserving resources.
    • Company user: For group companies, you can select the companies to allow the use of the given resource. For the non-group companies, only your company is displayed as a user.

  5. At the top right, press 'Save' to register a resource.

Edit resource information

You can check and edit the resource information.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Press the 'Resource ' on the top.
  3. Press the category that has the resource you want to edit and then the resource.
    Resources with no set category are displayed in the company name category at the top.
  4. On the right, press 'Edit'.
  5. Select and edit the information you want.
  6. On the right, press 'Save' to apply changes in the resource information.

Delete resources

You can delete the registered resources.

Members who made a reservation to a deleted resource will receive notifications. Only the resource reservation, not the schedule, will be canceled.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Press the 'Resource ' on the top.
  3. Press of the resource you want to delete.
  4. Press the 'Delete' on the top.
  5. Press 'OK' to finish deleting the resource.

Manage resource reservations

You can check and cancel the resource reservation.

Deleting a resource reservation does not delete the schedule itself.

PC Web

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page. 
  2. Press the 'Resource ' on the top.
  3. Press the category that contains the resource you want to manage reservations and then the 'Manage reservations'.
    Resources with no set category are displayed in the company name category at the top.
  4. Check the reservation status such as title, reservation date, and time by dates.
  5. For the reservation that needs canceling, press and then 'Delete'.

Manage categories

By adding a category, you can group multiple resources. You can move and delete categories, or create subcategories.

However, you cannot edit or delete the default company name category.

Add categories

Mobile

  1. At the top right of the Admin page, press .
  2. Press 'Service'.
  3. Press 'Calendar' to access the 'Resource ' page.
  4. At the top left, press to access the category lists.
  5. Press 'Add category'.
  6. Enter the name of a category.
  7. At the top right, press 'Save'.

PC Web

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page.
  2. Press 'Resource ' on the top.
  3. Press 'Add category' on the top left of the category list.
  4. Enter the name of the category.
  5. Press 'Save' on the bottom right.

Edit categories

You can edit the registered category name. The same category names can be used multiple times.

Mobile

  1. At the top right of the Admin page, press .
  2. Press 'Service'.
  3. Press 'Calendar' to access the 'Resource ' page.
  4. At the top right, pressand then 'Edit'.
  5. Edit the category name.
  6. At the top right, press 'Save'.

PC Web

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page.
  2. Press 'Resource ' on the top.
  3. Hover over to the category you want to edit from the category list on the left.
  4. Pressright to the category name and then 'Edit'.
  5. Edit the category name.
  6. Press 'Save' on the bottom right.

Move categories

You can move categories in the category list.

Mobile

  1. Press on the top left of the Admin screen.
  2. Press 'Service'.
  3. Press 'Calendar' and access the 'Resource ' page.
  4. Press on the top left to access the category list.
  5. Drag and drop to the location of the category list you want.

PC Web

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page.
  2. Press 'Resource '.
  3. Drag and drop the category to the location you want from the category list on the right.

Delete categories

You can delete a registered category. To delete a category, all subcategories and resources included must be deleted or moved.

Mobile

  1. Press on the top left of the Admin screen.
  2. Press 'Service'.
  3. Press 'Calendar' and access the 'Resource ' page.
  4. Press on the top left to access the category list.
  5. Presson the top right and then 'Delete'.
  6. Press 'OK' to delete.

PC Web

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page.
  2. Press 'Resource '.
  3. Drag and drop the category to the location you want from the category list on the right.
  4. Pressright to the category name and 'Delete'.
  5. Press 'OK' to delete.
