This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.
Members can manage the following calendars of other members: Default only when shared, Shared, and Subscribed.
The administrator can search for calendars with the name of a member included, manage calendar members, and delete the shared calendar.
Search for list of calendars to manage
You can search for the calendar with the name of a member to whom the calendar was shared.
- Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.
- Press 'Manage Calendars' on the top.
- Enter a member's name in the search bar to get the list of calendars containing the member.
Manage calendar members
Administrators can change the authority of calendar members or add members to share.
- Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.Â
- Press 'Manage Calendars' on the top.
- Press 'Calendar Setting' on the right to the name of the calendar you selected from the search result.
- From the 'Calendar Setting' window, change the authority of calendar members, or add a new member from a search bar.
- Press 'Save' on the bottom to apply changes.
Delete calendars
The administrators can delete calendars. When you delete a calendar, all participants and events saved will also be deleted and cannot be restored.
- Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Calendar' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.
- Press 'Manage Calendars' on the top.
- Press 'Calendar Setting' on the right to the name of the calendar you selected from the search result.
- Press 'Delete' on the bottom of the 'Calendar Setting' window.
- The 'Delete' button is only available for shared or subscribed calendars
- The 'Delete' button is not available for the default calendar
- Press 'OK'.
