You can add or edit the following information in My Profile:
- Profile photo
- Multilingual last name/first name
- Nickname
- Company phone number
- Mobile phone number
- Personal email address
- Workplace
- Duties
- Messenger/Social media
- Birthday (Only can edit on PC web)
- Related contact (Only can edit on PC web)
However, only the administrator can edit the name, title/position, company/team, and company email address with 
 displayed.
Edit My Profile
You can edit My Profile.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
- Tap your name or profile photo.
- In 'My Profile', tap 'Edit'.
- Add or edit the information.
- Tap 'Save'.
PC Web
- Click your profile photo on the top right.
- Click 'My Info' from the menu.
- Add or edit the information in the 'Profile > My Profile' page.
- Click 'Save'.
Change profile photo
You can check or change your profile photo and status at any time.
However, depending on the administrator's settings, you may not be able to change the photo and the camera icon will not be displayed.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
- Tap your name or profile photo.
- In 'My Profile', tap 'Edit'.
- Tap
. - Tap 'Select Photo' to use a photo on your device, or tap 'Take a Photo' to take a photo.
PC Web
- Click your profile photo on the top right.
- Click 'My Info' from the menu.
- Click
on the profile picture and then 'Change'. - Select the new photo. (You can only upload files with size 10MB and less as the profile photo.)
- Click 'Save' on the bottom.
PC App
- Click
on the bottom left of the screen. - Click 'Settings'.
- In the 'General' tab, click
to select a photo.
