You can send an email or event invitation to all members in General/Team/Group Message Room at once.
Send an email to all members in the message room
When sending an email, you can add all members in the message room as recipients instead of adding them one by one.
Mobile
- Tap in a message room.
- Tap 'Mail'.
- Tap 'Confirm' to write an email and send it.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Message'.
- Click a Team/Group Message Room from the message room list.
- Click at the top right of the message room.
- Click 'Mail'.
- In the Compose an email window, write an email and click 'Send' on the top left to send the email.
Invite all members of the message room to an event
When sending an invitation to an event, you can add all members in the message room as attendees instead of adding them one by one.
Mobile
- Tap in a message room.
- Tap 'Event Invitation'.
- Tap 'Confirm' to send an event invitation.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Message'.
- Click a Team/Group Message Room from the message room list.
- Click at the top right of the message room.
- Click 'Invite'.
- In the Create a new event window, enter the details of the event and click 'Save' on the top left to invite members.
