Check the number of active users and active app users.
You can search by specifying the period and download the data in an Excel file format.
- Select 'Statistics' from the left to expand the menu. On mobile, tap the
button to access the menus. - Press the 'Active User' from the sub-menus of Statistics to access the page.
Number of active users
The section displays the statistics on the number of active users.
The number of active users displays the number of members who are currently using NAVER WORKS. It only counts the members who have signed in to the NAVER WORKS service during the selected period.
- View: Select a specific period or enter the search period directly. Then press 'View' to see the statistics. You can only search for data created less than a year.
- Download: Press 'Download' at the top right to download the page in Excel file format.
Number of active app users
The section displays the statistics on the number of active app users.
The number of active app users only counts users who have logged in to the mobile/PC app or used the app during the selected period.
Hover your mouse over the chart to see the number of active users of your app on a specific day.
- View: Select a specific period or enter the search period directly. Then press 'View' to see the statistics. You can only search for data created less than a year.
- Download: Press 'Download' at the top right to download the page in Excel file format.
