Send files stored in Folder or Drive

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

You can send any document or image in Folder or Drive as messages.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in the message room.
  2. Tap 'Folder' or 'Drive'.
  3. Select a document or an image file in Drive that you want to send to the message room. Tap 'Confirm' to send the file.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room from the message room list.
  4. Click .
  5. Click 'Folder' or 'Drive'.
  6. Select a document or an image file in Drive that you want to send to the message room. Click 'OK' to send the file in the message room.

PC App

  1. Click  on the top left of the screen.
  2. Click a message room from the message room list.
  3. Click .
  4. Click 'My PC' or 'Drive'.
  5. Select a document or an image file in Drive that you want to send to the message room. Click 'OK' to send the file in the message room.

Maximum number and size of files that can be sent

The maximum transferable size for one file depends on the administrator settings.

The number and size that can be sent per minute are limited to prevent abnormal use (abusing) when sending photos and video files.
