Network disconnection while logged in
Despite the app icon indicating a logged-in status, if the network connection is lost, even if the login was successful, it is actually in an unauthorized state and synchronization will not proceed properly.
The message below informs the user of the reason for synchronization failure. In such cases, do not determine the login status based solely on the state of the tray app icon; first, ensure that the network connection is functioning properly.
- Error message when sync fails: Network connection is unstable. Please check the network connection status.

Guidance for tasks during sync
If the app icon continues to show that sync is in progress, you can check the sync status by looking at the list in the tray window.
If there are many items to sync, check the list to see if the items you want to perform tasks on have finished syncing. Then, if sync is complete, proceed with the tasks.
To perform tasks on items that are syncing or waiting to sync, you can click the More button in the top right of the tray window and click 'Pause Sync' to pause the sync.
Once you have completed all tasks after pausing the sync, click the Resume Sync button displayed in the tray window to resume the sync. The items that tasks were performed on will also be reflected as items waiting to sync.
