By sending a message with a shortcut button for direct access to files or folders, you can exchange data necessary for work without worrying about limited shared storage.
Press the 'Go to folder' button to go to the folder or where the file is saved.
This function is not available for Team/Group folders with accessible members set.
Send the shortcut of a folder or file to a message room
Mobile

Tap
on the right of the file or folder to send the shortcut. - Tap 'Send'.
- Tap 'Send Location to this Message Room'.
PC Web
- Click
on the top. - Click 'Message'.
- Click a message room from the message room list on the left screen.
- Click 'Folder' on the right of the message room.
- Click
on the right of the file from the folder you want to send. - Click 'Send location to this message room'.
Go to a folder via message notification
Mobile
If you tap 'Go to folder' in the message notification sent to the message room, you can move to the corresponding folder.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Message'.
- If you click 'Go to the Folder' in the message notification sent to the message room, you can access the folder.
PC App
- Click
on the top left of the screen. - Click 'Go to the Folder' in the message notification sent to the message room. You will be directed to the PC web screen and can check the folder on the right.
