Message

The displayed services may vary depending on the product you use.

Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.

Message

Check the 'Sent/Received' and 'Joined/Exited' history of messages exchanged among members through NAVER WORKS.

Message audit (Sent/Received)

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Message' to go to the 'Message' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select the 'Sent/Received' tab and then press 'Search' to display the audit log search results on the screen.

Mobile

  • Message: The content of the sent message.
  • Sender: The name and email address of the member who sent the message.
  • Receiver: The name and email address of the recipient of the message.
  • Date: The date and time the message was sent.

PC Web

  • Message: The content of the sent message.
  • Sender: The name and email address of the member who sent the message.
  • Receiver: The name and email address of the recipient of the message.
  • Date: The date and time the message was sent.
  • Channel ID: The ID of the message room that exchanged messages.

Search sent/received message audit logs

Search the audit log of messages sent and received.

Mobile

  1. Tap the search icon on the 'Sent/Received' of the 'Message' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.
    • Bot message: The option to filter messages sent by bots.
  2. Tap 'Search' to search.

PC Web

You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.

  1.  From 'Sent/Received' of the 'Message' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.
    • Bot message: The option to filter messages sent by bots.
  2. Click 'Search' to view the search results.

Download sent/received message audit logs

Download the audit log that you viewed.

  1.  From 'Sent/Received' of the 'Message' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
  2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
  3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.
  4. Find the requested log and download the file.

Message audit (Joined/Exited)

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Message' to go to the 'Message' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select the 'Joined/Exited' tab to go to the page.

Mobile

  • Type: Displays join or exit history.
  • User: The name and email address of the member who joined or exited.
  • Service Type: The service in which join or exit took place.
  • Date: Date and time of the join or exit.

PC Web

  • Type: Displays join or exit history.
  • User: The name and email address of the member who joined or exited.
  • Service Type: The service in which join or exit took place.
  • Date: Date and time of the join or exit.
  • Channel ID: ID of the message room where the join or exit took place.
