Write a new post

You can create a new post using the AI.

You can also insert the URL of an existing post to create a new one based on the existing one.

For example, if you enter a post URL and then enter a request command, such as "Change it to a manual format" or "Arrange the meeting so I can share it," you can create a post based on the existing one.

Note that this feature is available only for the URLs of posts created on the WORKS Board.

Mobile App

On the post writing screen, tap .
Tap .
Write a post draft.
Tap .
Check the generated result and select one of the following.
- Rewrite: You can change the tone or length, or select 'Regenerate' . You can also directly enter the content to edit, using 'Ask AI to Edit’.
- Insert: The generated result will be inserted into the post writing screen.

PC Web

Click 'Write'.
You can either type the ‘//’ command directly in the post body field or click at the top of the editor.
After writing a draft in the post body, click or press the 'Enter' key.
Check the generated result and select one of the following.
Hover the mouse pointer over ‘Insert drafted content into the email body?' at the bottom and click it, then you can directly enter the content you want the AI to edit.
- Edit: You can change the tone or length, or select 'Regenerate'.
- Insert: The generated result will be inserted into the post writing screen.

Edit your post

You can edit the content of your post using the AI.

Mobile App

Drag to select the text you wish to edit in the post body field.
Tap and select one of the following.
- Refine: Proofreads the text for natural flow and grammatical correctness.
- Proofread: Spellchecks the text.
- Adjust Tone or Length: Changes the tone to 'Polite' or 'Friendly' and the length to 'Longer' or ‘Shorter'.
- Ask AI to Edit: You can directly enter the content you want the AI to edit.
Check the generated result and select one of the following.
- Rewrite: You can change the tone or length, or select ‘Regenerate’. You can also directly enter the content to edit, using ‘Ask AI to Edit’.
- Insert: Use 'Change Selection' or 'Insert Below' to insert the AI-generated result in place of the selected text or below it.

PC Web

Click from the simple editing tool, and select one of the following.

Get an AI-suggested title

You can get up to 5 post titles suggested by the AI based on the post body.

Note that AI suggestions are based on only the text of the post body; they are not based on the images or other contents in it.

This feature is only supported on the PC web.

PC Web

Select 'AI Title Suggestions’ to the right of the title field.
Select one from the suggested titles and click 'Apply'.
