Invite and add company members

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

When new members join the company, you can share an invitation link for them to sign up or create accounts directly to add them as company members.

To invite company members, you must be granted invitation permission by the administrator, and to create accounts directly, you need access permission to the 'Admin > Member' menu.

Invite company members

You can check and share the invitation link to invite members from Contacts.

The invitation link is provided as a URL or QR code image, and members who receive the link and complete the signup will be registered as company members.

When the Super Admin or Sub Admin issues an invitation link, they can choose whether to grant Operations Admin authority to the members to be invited.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Contacts'.
  2. Tap and then 'Member'.
  3. Tap 'Share Link' or 'Display QR Code'.
    If you are a Super Admin or Sub Admin, select the authority to grant to the members to be invited.

    • Invite as regular member: Added without administrative authority.
    • Invite as Operations Admin: Added with member management authority.
  4. Copy the Invitation link or download the QR code to share.
    • Invitation link: Shared as a URL.
    • QR Code: Provided as an image.
  5. When invited members complete the signup, they will be registered as company members.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Contacts'.
  3. Click ‘New’ at the top left.
  4. Click 'Member'.

Add company members

If you have access to the 'Admin > Member' menu, the 'Create Member Account' feature is available, allowing you to go to Admin to add company members.

  2. Tap and then 'Member'.
  3. Tap 'Invite as regular member'.
  4. Add company members by manually entering member information.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Contacts'.
  3. Click ‘New’ at the top left.
