Check timeline

This feature is available after applying for AiStudio. To use it on the mobile app, apply for NAVER WORKS Core and update the app to version 4.5 or later.

You can view your task details organized by date on the timeline.

You can reorganize it to suit your needs or use it to obtain additional information.

You can chat with the AI Assistant based on the organized content.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap 'AiStudio'.
  3. Tap  at the top right.
  4. Tap 'Timeline' at the top of the screen.

PC Web

  1. Click  at the top.
  2. Click 'AiStudio'.
  3. Click 'Timeline' at the top of the left list.

Change the date

You can change the date to check the task summary for the desired date.

Mobile App

  1. Tap  at the top left of the timeline.
  2. Select a date.

PC Web

  1. Click or at the top left of the timeline to move to the desired date.

Reorganize task details by time slot

The timeline organizes task details every 3 hours.

Task details of the past 3 hours are contained in a single 'time slot,' and time slots are organized from oldest to newest.

For example, messages between 12:00 and 15:00 start being organized at 15:00, and the organized task details are recorded in the 12:00-15:00 time slot.

If the task details recorded for a specific time slot are organized differently than expected, you can attempt to reorganize them.

Mobile App

  1. On the Timeline, tap 'Reset' to the right of the time slot you want to reorganize.

PC Web

  1. On the Timeline, click to the right of the time slot you want to reorganize.

Task details

One task is structured as follows:

  • Subject
  • Time
  • Participants
  • Details
  • Source

If a task is detected in the task content, the task's goal, details, nature (assigned/requested), and deadline are also suggested.

Delete task details

You can delete unneeded task details.

Mobile App

  1. On the Timeline, tap  to the right of the task details you want to delete.
  2. Tap 'Delete' to delete.

PC Web

  1. On the Timeline, click  to the right of the task details you want to delete.
  2. Click 'Delete' to delete.

Verify source of task details

You can view the original message used to create the task details.

Mobile App

  • Tap the 'Source' bubble at the end of the subject. You can check the source that corresponds to the task details.

PC Web

  • Click the 'Source' bubble at the end of the subject. You can check the source that corresponds to the task details.

Send recommended tasks as tasks

You can save recommended tasks to My Tasks.

Mobile App

  1. Tap at the end of the task's subject.
  2. Tap 'Send to Task'.

PC Web

  1. Click at the end of the task's subject.
  2. Click 'Send to Task'.

For me

You can filter task details to view only those that are directly related to you.

Mobile App

  1. Tap  at the top right of the timeline.
  2. Tap 'For me'.

PC Web

  1. Select 'For me' at the top right of the timeline.

Suggested Task List

You can check recommended tasks on the timeline for the date you are viewing at a glance.

Mobile App

  1. Check 'Suggested Task List' at the top of the timeline.
    • You can view all tasks, assigned tasks, and requested tasks separately using the filter in the top right.
    • Tap to the right of each task to send it to Tasks or delete it.

PC Web

  1. Check 'Suggested Task List' at the top of the timeline.

Chat with AI Assistant

You can chat with the AI Assistant based on the timeline you are viewing.

Mobile App

  1. Tap  in the bottom right of the timeline, or tap at the end of the task's subject and then tap 'Ask AI Assistant'.
  2. This opens a message room with the AI Assistant.
  3. After entering your request and sending a message, the AI ​Assistant responds based on the timeline you are currently viewing.

PC Web

  1. Click in the top right of the timeline, or click next to the task's subject.
  2. This opens a message room with the AI Assistant on the right side of the timeline.
  3. After entering your request and sending a message, the AI ​Assistant responds based on the timeline you are currently viewing.
