Contacts with no members shown

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core or WORKS Approval.

Contacts with no members shown are external contacts that are not visible to any company members, possibly because the member has left the company or the team has been deleted.

In Admin, you can designate whom to show the contacts that have no members shown to or delete if you do not need them.

View contacts with no members shown

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Contacts' to go to 'Contacts'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select the 'External Contacts' tab.
  3. Press and then 'No public members'.

Change sharing scope for contacts with no members shown

The administrator can change the sharing scope for contacts with no members shown to share them with some or all members of the company.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Contacts' to go to 'Contacts'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select the 'External Contacts' tab.
  3. Press and then 'No public members'.
  4. Press the contact to edit and then 'Edit'.
  5. Select 'All' or 'Members'. When 'Members' is selected, you can add or delete members, teams, or groups for the sharing scope.
  6. Press 'Save' to save changes.

Delete contacts with no members shown

Administrators can delete contacts. When contacts are deleted, they are deleted permanently and cannot be restored.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Contacts' to go to 'Contacts'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select the 'External Contacts' tab.
  3. Press and then 'No public members'.
  4. Press the contact to delete and 'Delete'. Then press 'OK'. To delete multiple contacts at once, select them with the checkbox on the left from the list and press 'Delete' at the top.
