This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core or WORKS Approval.
Set up the use of templates for Message, Note, and Board. You can also adjust permissions for company members to create templates, define the image retention period, and set limits on image file sizes.
Use templates
Set whether to use templates for Message, Note, and Board.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Template' to go to the 'Template' page. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press of the 'Use status' field to select whether to use the function.
- Use: Members can use templates in Message, Note, and Board.
- Do not use: Members cannot use templates in Message, Note, and Board.
- Press 'Save'.
Permission to create a company-wide template
Set permissions for company members to create templates for use in Message, Note, and Board.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Template' to go to the 'Template' page. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press of 'Authority to create org-wide template' to set creation permissions.
- Freely by members: All members are free to create a company-wide template.
- Only by administrator: Only administrators can create company-wide templates.
- Press 'Save'.
Image retention period
Set the retention period for images attached to the question.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Template' to go to 'Template'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press an icon of 'Image storage period' to select the retention period.
- Select from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years.
- Press 'Save' to complete.
Image file size limit
You can limit the maximum size of an image file attached to a question.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Template' to go to 'Template'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press an icon of 'Maximum size for a single image file' to select the maximum size.
- Select from 2 MB, 5 MB, 10 MB, and 15 MB.
- Click 'Save'.
