Upload a company logo or a combination of icon and text menus to display at the top of the NAVER WORKS PC web.

Upload a logo

Upload or change the company logo.

The file to be uploaded as a logo must meet the following conditions.

• Smaller than 2 MB
• Maximum image size: Unlimited. However, will be resized to 160px * 30px when displayed.
• File extensions: .png, .jpeg, .gif, .svg
• The file name can only contain English letters, numbers, and allowed special characters ( – _ & % ( ) ’ . , )

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Settings' to expand the menu, then click 'Customize' to go to 'Customize'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. Press 'PC Web'.
3. Select the file to upload as a logo by pressing 'Upload File' of 'Company Logo'. When you select the file that meets the upload requirements, the preview is available on the left.
4. At the top right, press 'Save' to make changes.

Linking to a URL

Set your company logo to go to a specific URL when clicked.

1. Check the checkbox of the 'Use hyperlink' and enter the link.
2. At the top right, press 'Save' to make changes.

Add shortcut menu

Add a shortcut menu to the overall service menu.

The added menus will be displayed in order at the bottom of 'Shortcuts'.

You can add up to 35.

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Settings' to expand the menu, then click 'Customize' to go to 'Customize'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. Press 'PC Web'.
3. Press 'Add Shortcut Menu' to create menu fields. You can add up to 35 menu fields by pressing .
4. The menu list starts from the left. Enter the 'Name' and 'URL (including http:// or https://)' in the 1 to 35 added menu fields. Press 'Upload File' to upload the icon image. At the top, you can preview the added icons. In the preview, shortcut icons will only be partially visible. To view all registered shortcut icons, please check on the actual screen.
   • The icon image must meet the following requirements.
     • File size smaller than 1 MB
     • Image size must be 28 x 28 pixels
     • Uses .png as the extension
     • A file name can only include English letters and numbers
   • Press to delete Shortcut menu and the added menu fields.
   • Hover over the icon and move to change the icon arrangements.
5. At the top right, press 'Save' to complete.

Text menus have been integrated into the shortcuts menu, and icon images are required.

Initialize setting

Initialize to undo all setting changes.

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Settings' to expand the menu, then click 'Customize' to go to 'Customize'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. Press 'PC Web'.
3. At the top right, press 'Initialize' next to 'Save'. NAVER WORKS initial settings will be applied to the preview.
   • No logo image uploaded
   • No shortcut menus added
4. Press 'Save' to complete.
