Select how to log in.
If you log in to the mobile app of the service provided by NAVER WORKS, your account will be shared between those apps.
However, your account will not be shared in the ClovaNote app on iOS.
If you have previously logged in to another mobile apps related to NAVER WORKS, you can log in with the account you used previously.
If you're signed out of all apps, you need to enter the password one more time when logging in with a shared account.
If you haven't logged in with your ID and password, select 'Log In Using Another Method' to log in with the method you used previously.
Click 'x' from the account list to delete.
The account is not deleted from the sharing list between apps you select when logging in even if you delete it from the Home screen of NAVER WORKS mobile app or account list.
Log in with ID/password
You can log in with your NAVER WORKS ID and password.
Register ID/Password
If you did not register an ID when signing up for NAVER WORKS, register your ID and password for the first time.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap .
- Tap 'Login and Security' and then 'Change ID/Password'.
- Enter the ID and password to register and tap 'Modify'.
PC Web
- Click your profile photo at the top right.
- Click 'Security' from the menu.
- Under 'Login Information', click 'Change ID'.
- Enter the ID and password to register and click 'Modify'.
You can change the password afterward, but please note that you must ask the administrator to change the ID once registered.
Log in with phone number
If you link your mobile phone number to your NAVER WORKS account in advance, you can get a one-time authentication code using your mobile phone number to log in from on.
This feature is only available if the administrator allows it in the login policy.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap .
- Enable 'Log in with Phone Number' in 'Login and Security'.
- Enter the mobile phone number you want to link to and tap 'Verify'. You can link to the phone number set in your profile information or to a new number.
- Enter the authentication code sent via text message, and tap 'Confirm'. If your phone number is already linked to another account, you can unlink the other account and link it to the account you're currently logged in to.
PC Web
- Click your profile photo at the top right.
- Click 'Security' from the menu.
- Click 'Connect' from Log in with Mobile Number' under 'Login Settings'.
- Enter the mobile phone number to link to, and click 'Verify'. You can link to the phone number set in your profile information or to a new number.
- Enter the authentication code sent via text message and click 'OK'. If your phone number is already linked to another account, you can unlink the other account and link it to the account you're currently logged in to.
- You can link to the phone number set in your profile information or to a new number.
- If you have linked a different phone number, it will only be used for logging into NAVER WORKS services and will not be exposed or used for other purposes (the phone number registered in your profile will be used for finding your ID/password).
- If you are in a situation where you cannot receive text messages on the registered mobile phone number on your next login, you can tap 'Receive authentication code as service notification message (tentative)' to receive a authentication code via service notification.
Log in with NAVER
By linking your NAVER ID to your NAVER WORKS account using the 'Log in with NAVER ID' function, you can easily log in in the future without needing to enter your ID and password.
This feature is only available if the administrator allows it in the login policy.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap .
- Enable 'Log in with NAVER ID' in 'Login and Security'.
- Log in with the NAVER ID to be linked and complete the linking process.
PC Web
- Click your profile photo at the top right.
- Click 'Security' from the menu.
- Click 'Connect' from Login with NAVER' under 'Login Settings'.
- Log in with the NAVER ID to be linked and complete the linking process.
NAVER ID is only used to authenticate the NAVER WORKS account to log in.
- When linking, if you agree to provide a personal email or mobile phone number on the personal information provision consent screen, your personal email and mobile phone number will be saved in your NAVER WORKS profile.
- You can find your ID or password using your saved personal email address or mobile phone number.
Log in with LINE
If you link your LINE account in advance, you can easily log in without entering your ID and password via 'Log in with LINE ID' from on.
This feature is only available if the administrator allows it in the login policy.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap .
- Enable 'Log in with LINE ID' in 'Login and Security'.
- Log in to LINE and approve access to NAVER WORKS to complete the linking process.
PC Web
- Click your profile photo at the top right.
- Click 'Security' from the menu.
- Click 'Connect' from Login with LINE' under 'Login Settings'.
- After logging in through the LINE login screen, confirm NAVER WORKS access to complete the linking process.
Your LINE account will only be used to verify your NAVER WORKS account for logging in.
- Your LINE account login information will only be processed on the LINE login page.NAVER WORKS does not receive or store your LINE password.
- Your LINE account information will not be exposed to the administrator or members, nor will receive any messages via LINE.
Log in by unlocking your phone
You can log in to NAVER WORKS by registering the mobile device with NAVER WORKS app installed as trusted device and then unlocking the mobile device (fingerprint, pattern, face recognition, etc.).
However, if all unlock methods (fingerprint, pattern, face recognition, etc.) of the mobile device registered as trusted device are disabled, you cannot log in by unlocking the mobile phone.
This feature is only available if the administrator allows it in the login policy.

Registering a mobile device as trusted device
Register the mobile device you are using as trusted device.
One mobile device can be registered as trusted device for up to 5 accounts.
However, the unlock method (fingerprint, pattern, face recognition, etc.) must be set on the mobile device before registering as trusted device.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap .
- Tap 'Login and Security' and enable 'Log in with Device Unlock Method (FIDO)'.
- After tapping 'Add Device', verify using the unlock method (fingerprint, pattern, face recognition, etc.) set on the device.
- Register your device name and tap 'Add Device'.
Log in from your mobile device
Log in again when you log out of a trusted device.
Mobile
- Tap the account you want to log in to.
- Log in using the unlock method (fingerprint, pattern, face recognition, etc.) set on the device.
Log in from your PC to your mobile device
When you log in to the PC web, PC app, or Drive Explorer, you can log in by verifying with the mobile device registered as trusted device.
Log in with your ID
PC
- Enter your ID on the first login screen.
- On the screen to enter your password, click 'Log in with My Mobile Device'. If the mobile device is not registered as trusted device, this button will not be displayed.
- Tap the 'Are you logging in on your PC right now?' notification sent to your mobile device.
- After confirming that the two-digit number displayed on the PC screen matches the number displayed on the mobile app, tap 'Log in to PC' in the mobile app to log in to the PC.
Log in with your mobile phone number
PC
- Enter your mobile phone number on the first login screen.
- Tap the 'Are you logging in on your PC right now?' notification sent to your mobile device.
- After confirming that the two-digit number displayed on the PC screen matches the number displayed on the mobile app, tap 'Log in to PC' in the mobile app to log in to the PC.
2-factor authentication
2-factor authentication is a feature that adds an extra step during login by sending a one-time authentication code through the method saved in your personal information.
Using 2-factor authentication helps protect your account from password leaks and attempts to steal your credentials.
Enable 2-factor authentication
- Saving a personal email address or phone number to receive a one-time authentication code activates 2-factor authentication.
- After activating the function, you must go through the 2-factor authentication process every time you log in.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap .
- Tap 'Login and Security'.
- Enable '2-Factor Authentication'.
- Enter the personal email address and phone number for 2-factor authentication.
PC Web
- Click your profile photo at the top right.
- Click 'Security' from the menu.
- Enable '2-Factor Authentication'.
- Enter the personal email address and phone number for 2-factor authentication.
Depending on the service environment, such as when company systems are linked with personal information, you may not be able to register 2-factor authentication methods directly.
In this case, you can request the administrator or add personal information in the company system integrated with NAVER WORKS.
Disable 2-factor authentication
- If your administrator has set 2-factor authentication as 'Optional - Apply according to members' selection', you can disable the function at any time.
- If your administrator has set 2-factor authentication as 'Required - Apply 2-step verification to all members', you must proceed with the 2-factor authentication process when logging in and cannot disable the function.

- Disable '2-Factor Authentication'.
PC Web
- Click your profile photo at the top right.
- Click 'Security' from the menu.
- Disable '2-Factor Authentication'.
Quick login on the mobile app
After logging in to the mobile app once and setting up Quick Login, you can quickly access your account using a PIN or biometric authentication instead of entering your ID and password each time.
However, depending on the company usage environment, this setting may not be displayed.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap .
- Tap 'Login and Security'.
- Enable 'Log in with PIN' under 'Quick Login'.
- Set a PIN for Quick Login.
- If no PIN is registered, enter a new PIN and confirm it once again to register your new PIN and activate Quick Login.
- If the 'Screen Lock' was already activated in advance, simply enter the same PIN to enable Quick Login.
- After registering your PIN, you can enable 'Use Biometrics'.
- If you enable 'Use Biometrics', you can log in using the biometric authentication methods (e.g., fingerprint, face recognition, or any method provided by the device) registered on your device instead of entering a PIN.
- If you disable 'Use Biometrics', you can only log in by entering a PIN.
