Create templates for your business purposes.
You can create a new template or copy and edit an existing template.
The following are the template types.
- Company templates: Available for all company members
- Team/Group templates: Only available to team or group members
- MY templates: Only available to you
Create a company template
Create a new template that is available to all members.
Mobile
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Tap 'Company'.
- Tap at the top of the company templates list.
- Organize the content as you want and tap 'Complete'.
PC Web
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Click 'Company'.
- Click at the top of the company templates list.
- Organize the content as you want and click 'Complete'.
Create a team/group template
Create a new template that is available to team/group members.
Enable 'Enable editing' at the bottom to give all team/group members permission to edit the template.
Mobile
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Tap 'Team/Group'.
- Tap at the top of the team/group templates list.
- Tap the name of the team or group and then 'Confirm' to create a template.
- Organize the content as you want and tap 'Complete'.
PC Web
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Click 'Team/Group'.
- Click at the top of the team/group templates list.
- Click the name of the team or group and then 'Confirm' to create a template.
- Organize the content as you want and click 'Complete'.
Create MY template
You can create a new template that only you can use.
Mobile
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Tap 'MY'.
- Tap at the top of the MY templates list.
- Â Organize the content as you want and tap 'Complete'.
PC Web
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Click 'MY'.
- Click at the top of the MY templates list.
- Organize the content as you want and click 'Complete'.
