View attachments in the email list

You can check the files attached to the email directly from the email list.

If you select a file from the list, you can open and download it in the same way as you would from within the email body.

On mobile, you can hide attachments from the list by adjusting the settings.

Mobile

  1. In Mail, tap at the top left.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Email Screen'.
  4. Enable or disable 'View Attachments on List'.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. From the email list, click right to the email with attachments.
  4. You can preview the email contents and download attachments or send them to a message room or a folder in Drive.
