Set to store deleted emails in Trash
You can set whether to store deleted emails in Trash.
When an email is deleted, it will be moved to Trash and can be restored if needed.
If you do not store deleted emails in Trash, emails are deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click at the top right in Mall.
- Click 'Preferences > Delete/Store'.
- Enable 'Store deleted emails in Trash'.
Automatically delete emails from Trash
You can set a period for which deleted emails are stored in Trash.
After the retention period, emails are permanently deleted from Trash.

- Click at the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click at the top right in Mall.
- Click 'Preferences > Delete/Store'.
- Turn on 'Automatically Empty Trash'.
- Select the interval for automatically deleting emails in Trash.
Automatically delete sent emails
You can set the storage period for emails in Sent.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click at the top right in Mall.
- Click 'Preferences > Delete/Store'.
- Turn on 'Automatically Delete Sent Emails'.
- Select the interval for automatically deleting emails you sent in Trash.
