This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.
Filter is a function that automatically categorizes received emails according to the selected conditions or actions.
You can use this function to filter emails, highlight emails, or move emails to designated mailboxes.
The filter function is available in Mail on the PC web.
If automatic email forwarding is enabled, emails are forwarded after being automatically categorized.
Add filter conditions
You can add up to 1000 filter conditions.
PC Web
- Click
at the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click
at the top right in Mail.
- Click 'Manage/Filter Emails > Filter Rules'.
- Click 'Add Filter'.
- In 'Select Conditions', select the conditions for email filtering.
- Email\naddress: Automatically filters emails with the entered email address, domain, or name that match the following conditions.
If 2 or more conditions are selected, only cases that meet all conditions are automatically classified.
You can add up to 10 email addresses, domains, and names within 1 condition.- Sender
- Recipient
- Cc
- Recipient or Cc
- Subject: Automatically filters emails with entered text in the title.
- Body text: Automatically filters emails with entered text in the email body.
- Additional conditions
- Email with attachments: Automatically filters emails with attachments.
- Replies to email written by myself: Automatically filters replies to email written by you.
- Calendar event emails: Automatically filters calendar-related emails (event invitations, changes, cancellations).
- Email\naddress: Automatically filters emails with the entered email address, domain, or name that match the following conditions.
- Click 'Select Actions' and select actions to apply on emails that meet the above conditions.
- Move to mailbox: Move email to a specific mailbox. You can specify which mailboxes to move emails.
- Delete (Move to Trash): Move the email to the Trash.
- Forward to entered email address: Forward email to a specific email address. If you have entered an external email address, click 'Send Verification Code' and then enter the verification code sent to the email address.
- Mark as read: Mark email as read.
- Mark as important Mark email as important (
).
- Mark with color: Change the background color of emails in the email list.
- Enable or disable 'Apply to existing emails?'. If you enable the setting, you can automatically apply filters to all emails you have received in the past.
However, the actions will not be applied to existing emails when 'Replies to email written by myself' or 'Forward to entered email address' is selected as actions. - Click 'Save'.
Change the priority of filter conditions
All saved filter conditions are displayed in the filter list.
You can change the priority by moving the conditions up and down. Conditions at the top have the highest priority.

- Drag each item in the list to change the order.
Search filter conditions
You can enter keywords to search for filter conditions.

- Click 'Manage/Filter Emails >Â Filter Rules'.
- Click
at the top right of the list.
- Enter the filter conditions or actions in the search box. Then press Enter on your keyboard.
Filter conditions
You can search for filter conditions that correspond to the selected filter condition.

- Click 'Manage/Filter Emails > Filter Rules'.
- Click 'Condition' to select a filter condition at the top left of the list.
Edit filter conditions
You can edit filter conditions.
PC Web
- Click
at the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click
at the top right in Mall.
- Click 'Manage/Filter Emails > Filter Rules'.
- Click 'Edit' right to the criteria you want to edit in the filter list.
- Edit the criteria in 'Edit Filter'.
- Click 'Save'.
Delete filter conditions
You can delete filter conditions.

- Click

- Click 'Mail'.
- Click
at the top right in Mail.
- Click 'Manage/Filter Emails > Filter Rules'.
- In the conditions list, click 'Delete' right to the conditions you want to delete or
on the left and then 'Delete'.
- Click 'Delete'.
