Security level

This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can securely send important emails by setting the security level when writing emails.

For the security level, only the levels permitted by the administrator are displayed among 'General', 'Restricted', 'Confidential', and 'Non-business'.

For emails set as 'Restricted' or 'Confidential', they cannot be sent to an external address. When replying or forwarding, the previously set security level, expiration date, and forwarding option values cannot be edited or deleted.

Emails marked as 'Non-business' can be sent for non-business purposes and are excluded from footers and monitoring targets. However, they will be included in the scopes of Audit and Archiving.

If you select 'Restricted' or 'Confidential', you can set the expiration date and the option on prohibiting forwarding.

After the expiration date, the email is automatically deleted from the recipient's mailbox, and may also be deleted from the sender's mailbox depending on the administrator’s settings.

If the forwarding prohibition option is enabled, you cannot forward received emails to others or add new addresses when replying to selected recipients or replying to all.
