This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.
When you invite an event, you can automatically find an available time slot for attendees.
Check the availability of attendees and resources
Instead of asking attendees for their free time, you can check their available time.

- Tap
in Calendar.
- Add attendees and resources in New Event.
- Tap 'Find Available Times' to check when attendees are available.
When the creator of the event has set the status as 'Free' for the duration of the event time, the scheduled event will not be displayed on the selected time.
Check the availability of both attendees and resources
When creating an event, you can check the availability of both the selected attendees and resources.

in Calendar.
- Add attendees.
- Tap 'Resources'.
- Select the resource to use, and tap
.
- Tap 'Find Available Times'.
- You can also change the attendees and resources in the Find Available Time screen.
You can only select resources that the administrator has set up in Admin previously.
