Search emails

This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

Basic search

You can search for an email by the sender's or recipient's name, email address, subject, or content.

Mobile

  1. Tap on the email list.
  2. Enter a search term to search for emails.
    You must enter at least one character for the search term. As you type your search term, results will appear instantly.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Enter search terms in the search box at the top.
  4. Press Enter on the keyboard or select a filter from the search filter list to search for an email.
    You must enter at least one character for the search term.

Advanced search

You can perform an advanced search for an email using the sender's or recipient's name, subject, content, mailbox, and attachments.

Mobile

  1. Tap on the email list.
  2. Tap 'Advanced'.
  3. Enter terms to perform an advanced search. When you enter more than one character, the search will be performed automatically.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Click 'Advanced' right to the search box.
  4. Enter terms to perform an advanced search, and click 'Find'. You must enter at least one character for the search term.

Search history

The system automatically saves your search terms, so you can select them from your search history if you need to search again.

The search history is automatically synced and updated, including terms searched on other devices.

Delete search history

Mobile

  1. Tap on the email list.
  2. Tap right to the terms you want to delete from the list of recent searches.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Click the search box at the top.
  4. Click right to the terms you want to delete from the list of recent searches.
