View reservation status

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

You can view resource reservations at a glance.

To reserve a resource, the administrator must enable 'Resource'.

View all reservation statuses

You can check the reservation status of resources registered with the company.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Resource' at the top in Calendar, or tap and then 'Resource'.
  2. Tap and then 'All Resources'.
  3. Tap the date at the top left of the screen and select the desired date.
  4. Tap 'Confirm'.
  5. Select a resource to view the reservation status.
  6. While pressing screen, swipe left or right to view the resource reservations for the time slot you need.
    You can also tap at the top right to quickly open the category with the resource you need.

PC Web

  1. Click 'Resource' at the top left in Calendar.
  2. Click or right to the date to view the date of your choice.
    To view quickly, click and then on the date of your choice from the calendar.
  3. In the resource reservation status screen, move the horizontal scroll left or right to view the resource reservations for the time slot you need.
    Select the resource category on the left to view only resources in that category.
    To view the categories resources from the selected category without including the subcategories, deselect 'Sub-categories' at the top.
  4. Click the time slot to view reservation details, including the date and time, reservation specifics, and the person who made the reservation.

The following are the colors of the resource reservation status:

Available Available time slots to reserve the resource
Reserved Time slots reserved by others
My reservations Time slots reserved by me

View reservation statuses for favorite resources

Select in 'Favorites' and view the selected resources in 'All Resources'.

You can view the reservation statuses of your favorite resources.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Resource' at the top in Calendar, or tap and then 'Resource'.
  2. Tap and then 'Favorite Resources'.
  3. Tap the date at the top left of the screen.
  4. Select the date to view resource reservations and tap 'Confirm'.
    While pressing screen, swipe left or right to view the resource reservations for the time slot you need.

PC Web

  1. Click 'Resource' at the top left in Calendar.
  2. Click 'Favorites' at the top left of 'Resource'.
  3. Click or right to the date to view the date of your choice.
    To view quickly, click and then on the date of your choice from the calendar.
  4. In the resource reservation status screen, move the horizontal scroll left or right to view the resource reservations for the time slot you need.
  5. Click on the time slot you wish to view the reservations for.
    • Reserved by others: You can only view the reservation time and who made the reservation.
    • My reservations: You can view detailed reservation information, including the date, time, specifics, and the person who made the reservation.

The following are the colors of the resource reservation status:

Available Available time slots to reserve the resource
Reserved Time slots reserved by others
My reservations Time slots reserved by me

View my reservations

You can view the resources you reserved in 'My Reservations'.

You can also view the reserved resources in 'New event'.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Resource' at the top in Calendar, or tap and then 'Resource'.
  2. Tap and tap 'My Reservations'.
  3. Tap the date at the top left of the screen.
  4. Select the date to view your reserved resources and tap 'Confirm'.

PC Web

  1. Click 'Resource' at the top left in Calendar.
  2. Click 'My Reservations' at the top left of 'Resource'.
  3. Click or right to the date to open the month of your choice.
  4. Check your reserved resources.
