You can view the request history for apps that members have asked to access or be added to.

After approving app requests submitted by members, administrators can grant access or add new apps.

Applications will continue to be kept unless approved or disapproved.

Members can reapply even after an app has been approved or disapproved.

Manage permission requests for added apps

You can approve or disapprove access requests by members for apps that have already been added to NAVER WORKS.

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Apps' to expand the menu, then click 'App Requests'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. 'Approve All' or 'Disapprove All' button will be displayed for apps that have already been added to NAVER WORKS. Approve or disapprove all permissions at once, or press an app to view and manage individual member requests.
   • Approve All: Grant access to all members who have requested access to this app.
   • Disapprove All: Do not grant access to all members who have requested access to this app.

Manage requests for apps that have not been added yet

For apps that have not yet been added to NAVER WORKS, they can either be added as requested by members or disapproved.

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Apps' to expand the menu, then click 'App Requests'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. 'Not Installed' or 'Disapprove All' button will be displayed for apps that have not been added to NAVER WORKS. You can also disapprove each member's request from the member list after pressing the app.
   • Add an app Select the app, then press the 'Details' button at the top right. On the details page, add the app.
   • Disapprove All: Disapprove all app addition requests.
