Manage installed apps

Collect and view a list of installed apps in Apps.

View installed apps

Administrators can view and manage the list of apps installed within the organization.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Apps' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Installed Apps'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. You can check information about installed apps or manage apps.

Change app plan/license count

For apps that are billed per purchased license, administrators can change the subscription plan.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Apps' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Installed Apps'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Press the app to change plan.
  3. From the 'Usage' menu, press the change button to go to the screen where you can modify the plan or license count.
  4. Select the plan to change and enter the number of licenses.
  5. Press 'Save' at the bottom.

Change app users

Administrators can edit the user list of the added apps.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Apps' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Installed Apps'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select the app for which you want to edit the app users.
  3. Add or remove members who use the app in 'Access Permission'.
  4. Press 'Save' at the bottom.

Delete an app

Administrators can delete added apps from Apps.

If you delete the app, members can no longer use the app on NAVER WORKS.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Apps' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Installed Apps'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Tap the app you want to delete.
  3. Press 'Remove'.
