Audit

Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.

Logs are only stored for up to 180 days.

Admin

It displays the details of all operations performed in the admin management tasks and information such as the performer.

You can search by specifying search conditions and download the results. Select 'Audit' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Admin' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.

Mobile

  • Event Target: The event that happened within a service and is displayed in the name of the service.
  • Status: Displays whether the task was successful or not.
  • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.
    • Register
    • View
    • Modify
    • Delete
    • Reinstate
    • Suspend/cancel account
    • Download
    • Upload
    • Sharing

  • User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.
  • Date: The date and time the task was performed.

PC Web

Download the audit log you searched.

  1. Use the search in the 'Admin' page to display the content to download on the screen.
  2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.

Board

Check the task details of members in Board.

Select 'Audit' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Board' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.

  • Post Title: The title of the post on which the task was performed. When the title is edited, the title before the editing is displayed.

  2. Select the 'Sent/Received' tab and then press 'Search' to display the audit log search results on the screen.

  • Message: The content of the sent message.
  • Sender: The name and email address of the member who sent the message.
  • Receiver: The name and email address of the recipient of the message.
  • Date: The date and time the message was sent.

  • Title: The subject of the sent email.
  • Sender: The name and email address of the sender of an email.
  • Receiver: The name and email address of the member who received the email.
  • Date: The date and time the email was sent.
  • Transmission Results
    • Success: Email is successfully sent and delivered to the recipient
    • Blocked:  Failed to send an email for one of the following reasons; sending an email is blocked or the sent email is filtered as spam. (When the recipient added the email address of the sender on the block list or rejected by the receiving server, etc.)
    • Returned: The email bounced and therefore failed to send (if sending to an address that does not exist)
    • Added to Memo: Saves a memo in the memo inbox
    • Reserved: Reserve outgoing email
    • Waiting to be Sent: Currently in waiting by sending Delay delivery
    • Save Template: Save email template
    • Waiting for Approval: Approval requested by the audit policy
    • Approval rejected: The approver rejects the email requested for approval according to the audit policy
    • Audit Blocked: Mail is blocked by audit policy
    • Sending: Sending in progress
    • No Response (For the group email address of the same domain, the result is displayed in each email)

It refers to the logs of permanently deleting emails, such as deleting an email from the Trash.

  • Reason for deletion
    • Delete directly: Case of the users permanently deleting an email themselves
    • Unsend: When the email is deleted from the recipient's mailbox as a  sender cancels  to send an email
    • Storage period has expired: When an email is deleted after the storage period set in the Settings has passed
    • Validity has expired: When an email is deleted after the validity period of the security level set while writing an email
    • Mark as spam: Automatically classified as spam and has been deleted

Call

Starting from the app version v3.0, you can check the member's call history in 'Audit> Call'. For app version v2.9 or earlier, you can only check the call history in 'Audit > Message'.

Select 'Audit' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Call' to access the page. Press 'Search' to display the audit log search result on the screen. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.

Mobile

  • Call: The user's call history. The types of call history are as follows.
    • Outgoing call
    • Ended call
    • Failed call
    • Outgoing group call
    • Joined group call
    • Left group call
  • User: The name and email address of the member whose call log is saved.
  • Date: The date and time the call log is saved.

  • Login method: Displays how the user logged in.
  • Service Type: The login attempt by the user-agent; It is categorized into PC Web, PC App, Mobile App, Drive explorer, IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol), POP (Post Office Protocol)3, SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), CalDAV, API, and Others.

File

Check the history of downloading or viewing files on NAVER WORKS.

You can check the file logs of Board(Note), Message, Mail, Contacts, Drive(Folder), Task, Calendar, Form, Template, Bot API, and Business Support.

However, for an external group, file logs for Group Note and Folder are only available for the domain in which the group was created.

To check the file log, you need to change the setting from 'Do not use' to 'Use' in 'File log' of 'Security > File Security'. The initial setting is 'Do not use'.

Logs are recorded after being set to 'Use', and the retention period of file logs is 1 month (31 days).

You can download the requested log search results.

When there is a search result requested for download, it is displayed in the list of the 'Log Download' page.

The download request item will be deleted 15 days after the download is available.
