The displayed services may vary depending on the product you use.

Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.

Mail

Check the details of sending, receiving, and deleting emails.

Mail audit (Incoming)

Check the history of emails received by members.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Mail' to go to the 'Mail' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap to open the menu.

Mobile

  • Title: The subject of the email.
  • Sender: The name and email address of the email sender.
  • Receiver: The name and email address of the member who received the email.
  • Date: The date and time the email was received.
  • Reception Results: There are 3 types of reception: successful, failed, and blocked reception..

PC Web

  • Title: The subject of the email.
  • Sender: The name and email address of the email sender.
  • Receiver: The name and email address of the member who received the email.
  • Date: The date and time the email was received.
  • Reception Results: There are 3 types of reception: successful, failed, and blocked reception..
  • Sent server IP: The IP of the server that sent the email.

Search incoming email audit logs

Search the incoming email audit logs.

Mobile

  1. Tap the search icon on the 'Incoming' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.
  2. Tap 'Search' to search.

PC Web

You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.

  1. On the 'Incoming' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.
  2. Click 'Search' to view the search results.

Download incoming email audit logs

Download the audit log you viewed.

  1. On the 'Incoming' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
  2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
  3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.
  4. Find the requested log and download the file.

Mail audit (Outgoing)

View the history of emails sent by members.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Mail' to go to the 'Mail' screen of Audit.
  2. Select 'Outgoing' to go to the 'Outgoing' page.

Mobile

  • Title: The subject of the sent email.
  • Sender: The name and email address of the email sender.
  • Receiver: The name and email address of the member who received the email.
  • Date: The date and time the email was sent.
  • Transmission Results
    • Success: Email is successfully sent and delivered to the recipient
    • Blocked: Failed to send an email for one of the following reasons; sending an email is blocked or the sent email is filtered as spam. (When the recipient added the email address of the sender on the block list or rejected by the receiving server, etc.)
    • Returned: The email bounced and therefore failed to send (if sending to an address that does not exist)
    • Added to Memo: Saves a memo in the memo inbox
    • Reserved: Reserve outgoing email
    • Waiting to be Sent: Currently in waiting by sending Delay delivery
    • Save Template: Save email template
    • Waiting for Approval: Approval requested by the audit policy
    • Approval rejected: The approver rejects the email requested for approval according to the audit policy
    • Audit Blocked: Mail is blocked by audit policy
    • Sending: Sending in progress
    • No Response: No Response (For the group email address of the same domain, the result is displayed in each email)

Deleted mail log

It refers to the logs of permanently deleting emails, such as deleting an email from the Trash.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Mail' to go to the 'Mail' screen of Audit.
  2. Select 'Delete' to go to the 'Delete' page.

Mobile

  • Title: The subject of the deleted email.
  • Reason for deletion
    • Delete directly: When the user permanently deletes the email
    • Unsend: When the email is deleted from the recipient's mailbox as a sender cancels to send an email
    • Storage period has expired: When an email is deleted after the retention period specified in Settings
    • Validity has expired: When an email is deleted after the expiration date of the security level set while writing an email
    • Mark as spam: Automatically classified as spam and has been deleted
  • User: The name and email address of the member who deleted an email.
  • Date: The date and time the email was deleted.
