Restore deleted group data

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Within 30 days after deleting a group, you can restore the Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, and mailing list  data used by the group before it was deleted.

Internal Group

Restore the Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, and mailing list data of the deleted internal group to the state before it was deleted.

However, if another group is already using the same group name and mailing list, you can restore it by changing it to a different name.

  1. Select 'Member' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Group' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Click 'Restore Group Data' on the top of the group list. On mobile, tap    on the top right and then 'Restore Group Data'.
  3. In the group list, press 'Restore' of the group to restore data.
    Edit the duplicate group name and mailing list.
  4. Press 'Restore data'.
  5. Press 'OK'.

External Group

Restore the deleted external group's Message, Note, Event, and Folder data to the state before it was deleted.

However, if another group is already using the same group name, you can restore it by changing it to a different name.

  1. Select 'Member' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Group' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Click 'Restore Group Data' on the top of the group list. On mobile, tap    on the top right and then 'Restore Group Data'.
  3. In the group list, press 'Restore' of the group to restore data.
    Edit the duplicate group name and mailing list.
  4. Press 'Restore data'.
  5. Press 'OK'.

Check group data restoration history

When the data restoration is complete the 'Restore' button will change to 'Restored' and you will no longer be able to restore the data.

Press 'View Details' at the bottom to check the detailed restoration history, such as the capacity of each feature restored in the 'Data restoration history' window.
