After the administrator adds a member, the registration will expire after 30 days if the member has not logged in using the provided account information.
To re-add a member whose membership has expired, the administrator must resend the member the login information required.
The method to add the expired member differs depending on the option selected when adding a member for the first time.
When a password is created and provided to a member for registration
If a password is automatically generated or created by the administrator when adding a member, and the member does not log in with the provided information within 30 days, their account status will change to 'Pending(Expired)', and the initial password will no longer work.
To add the expired member again, the administrator must reset and then send the initial password.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Member' to expand the menu, then click 'Member' to go to 'Member'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press 'Reset Password' from the member's 'Account Status' field displayed on the member list.
- Select the password setting option from the 'Reset password' window.
- Automatic generation: The system automatically generates a temporary password
- Registration by admin: The administrator registers a temporary password directly
- Select 'Next' to reset the initial password.
- Press 'Print' or 'Send email' to provide the new password to the member.
When a password is created by a member to add
If the option for members to create their own password is selected, and they do not set a password using the link in the invitation email within 30 days, their account status will change to 'Pending(Expired)', and they will no longer be able to use the invitation email to create a password or log in.
To add the expired member again, the administrator must resend the invitation mail.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Member' to expand the menu, then click 'Member' to go to 'Member'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press 'Resend Email Invitation' from the member's 'Account Status' field displayed on the right of the member list.
- Enter the member's email address in the 'Resend email invitation' window.
- Select 'Send' to resend the invitation email after choosing whether to save the entered email address as a member's personal email address.
