Administrators can set whether to use each feature of ClovaNote.
Restrict note creation
You can restrict note creation for a certain team or member.
Restricted members can only view the note and cannot create, edit, share, or download it.
Add note creation restriction
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'ClovaNote'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Select the 'General' tab.
- Press 'Manage' right to 'Note creation restriction'.
- Click 'Add Member' at the top right.
- Select the member to restrict the creation of notes and press 'OK'. You can add up to 100 people at once.
Remove restrictions on the creation of notes
You can remove the note creation restriction for members.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'ClovaNote'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Select the 'General' tab.
- Press 'Manage' right to 'Note creation restriction'.
- Press 'Remove' right to the member to remove the restriction.
- Read the precautions and press 'OK'.
Select and press 'Remove' at the top left to remove restrictions on multiple members at once.
You can also click at the top right to search for a specific member.
Note feature restriction
Set whether to use the main features of ClovaNote.
The settings apply to all members.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'ClovaNote'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Select the 'General' tab.
- Select or deselect left to the feature to restrict in the 'Note feature restrictions' list.
- Restrict playback of received note: Restrict playing the audio file of the shared note. However, the creator can play the audio file of the note they created.
- Restrict downloading transcript: Restricts downloading transcribed text files from notes.
- Restrict downloading memos: Restrict downloading the memo file of the note.
- Restrict sharing notes: Restrict sharing of the note. All shared links created before the restriction settings will also expire.
- Press 'Save'.
Set automatic note deletion period
Set whether to automatically delete notes created by members and specify the deletion period.
When a period is set, notes will be automatically deleted after the specified duration from the date the member created the note.
The settings apply to all members.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'ClovaNote'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Select the 'General' tab.
- Click the 'Automatically delete notes after' section.
- Select the period for automatic deletion.
- Press 'Save'.
