Search and manage all notes within a domain.

You can view information such as the title and creator, and if necessary, delete the note or restrict certain features.

However, administrators cannot view the content of the note.

Search notes

You can search and view all notes created.

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'ClovaNote'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. Select the 'Note Management' tab.
3. Click 'Details' at the top right of the list. On mobile, tap .
   Search by creation date in the search bar or press 'Details' to perform an advanced search with specific conditions. You can search by 'Title', 'Creator', 'Note ID', 'Shared URL' in the advanced search.
4. Press 'Search'.

Delete notes

Administrators can delete notes.

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'ClovaNote'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. Select the 'Note Management' tab.
3. Press 'Delete' right to the note to delete or at the left. Then, press 'Delete' at the top left.
4. Read the precautions and press 'Delete'.

Manage notes

Administrators can view the status of notes and manage the features of individual notes.

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'ClovaNote'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. Select the 'Note Management' tab.
3. Press the title of the note to check the status from the list.
4. Check the status and restrict individual features or change the settings.
5. Press 'Save' at the bottom to apply changes.
