Personal folders

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

Set whether to use personal folders on Drive and storage capacity limits.

You can set whether to allow the use of personal folders on Drive.

Personal folder settings

Set whether to use personal folders.

You can allow members to use personal folders on Drive by changing the setting to 'Use'.

When set to 'Do not use', all files will be deleted and cannot be restored 1 month after the setting change.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Drive' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Select 'Personal folder'.
  3. Press to the right of the 'Use folder' field of 'Personal folder' and set whether to use the function.
  4. Press 'Save' on the top.

Storage capacity limit settings

Set a limit on the amount of storage that can be used in personal folders.
The storage capacity used for personal folders is deducted from shared storage.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Drive' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Select 'Personal folder'.
  3. Press to the right of the 'Storage limit' field of 'Personal folder' and set the storage capacity limit for a personal folder.
  4. Press 'Save' on the top.

Storage capacity limit exceptions

You can add members who can use up the storage capacity regardless of the set personal folder limit as exceptions.
However, restrictions will be applied in the case that there is insufficient shared storage.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Drive' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Select 'Personal folder'.
  3. Press to the right of 'Storage limit' field of  'Personal folder' and select 'Exception Management' to access the 'Storage limit exception' page.
  4. Press 'Add exception' on the top of the 'Storage limit exception' screen.
  5. Add the members to set as exceptions and then press 'OK'.
    To delete members, select them from the list and press 'Delete' on the left, and then press 'OK'.
