Personal folders

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

Set whether to use personal folders in Drive.

Personal folder settings

Set whether to use personal folders.

You can allow members to use personal folders in Drive by changing the setting to 'Use'.

When set to 'Do not use', all files will be deleted and cannot be restored 1 month after the setting change.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Drive' to go to 'Drive'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select 'Personal folder'.
  3. Press right to the 'Use folder' field of 'Personal folder' and set whether to use the function.
  4. Press 'Save' at the top.

Storage capacity limit settings

Set the maximum storage limit for personal folders used by members.

The amount used in personal folders is deducted from the shared storage.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Drive' to go to 'Drive'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select 'Personal folder'.
  3. Press right to the 'Storage limit' field of 'Personal folder' and set the storage capacity limit for a personal folder.
  4. Press 'Save' at the top.

Storage capacity limit exceptions

Regardless of the personal folder's capacity limit, you can add members who can freely use the capacity as an exception.

However, restrictions will apply if there is insufficient shared storage.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Drive' to go to 'Drive'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select 'Personal folder'.
  3. Press right to the 'Storage limit' field of 'Personal folder' and select 'Exception Management' to go the 'Storage limit exception' page.
  4. Press 'Add' at the top of the 'Storage limit exception' screen.
  5. Add the members to set as exceptions and then press 'OK'.
    To delete members, select them from the list and press 'Delete' on the left, and then press 'OK'.
