Form general settings

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Form creators can change the settings for creating forms and sharing results.

The changes will be applied from the form created after changing the settings.

Form target

The administrator sets the form target that members can select when creating a form.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Form' to go to 'Form'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select 'General'.
  3. Press right to the 'Form recipients' to select one of the following options.
    • All + Members: Allow form creators to select the target audience for each form, choosing between all users or specific members.
    • All: Form creators can only create forms for all members. They cannot select members to survey.
    • Members: Form creators can create forms only by selecting specific members to participate.
  4.  Press 'Save' to apply changes.

Respondent information

The administrator can change the respondent information that members select when creating a form.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Form' to go to 'Form'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select 'General'.
  3. Press right to the 'Respondent info' to select one of the following options.
    • Name-based(Default) + Anonymous: Form creators can choose whether respondents will answer the form anonymously or with their real names. When creating a new form, the default is set to show respondents' names.
    • Name-based + Anonymous(Default): Form creators can choose whether respondents will answer the form anonymously or with their real names. When creating a new form, the default is set to anonymous.
    • Name-based: Have form respondents show their names in the form results. Form creators cannot make changes.
    • Anonymous: Have form respondents answer anonymously. Form creators cannot make changes.
  4. Press 'Save' to apply changes.

Share results to form respondents

Allow the form creator to set members whether to have access to the summary or detailed results when creating a form.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Form' to go to 'Form'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select 'General'.
  3. Press right to the 'Share the results with respondents' to select one of the following options.
    • Allow: Form creators can allow the respondents to view the form results when creating a form.
    • Do not allow: Form creators cannot allow the respondents to view the form results when creating a form.
  4. Press 'Save' to apply changes.

Allow multiple responses

Set whether to allow form creators to decide members to submit multiple responses when creating a form.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Form' to go to 'Form'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select 'General'.
  3. Press right to the 'Multiple responses' to select one of the following options.
    • Allow: Allow form creators to choose whether respondents can submit multiple responses for each form.
    • Do not allow: Form creators cannot allow duplicate responses.
  4. Press 'Save' to apply changes.

Allow editing responses

Form creators decide whether to allow respondents to edit the submitted response when creating a form.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Form' to go to 'Form'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select 'General'.
  3. Press right to the 'Edit response' to select one of the following options.
    • Allow: Allow form creators to have an option to allow respondents to edit submitted form responses.
    • Do not allow: Form creators cannot allow respondents to edit submitted form responses.
  4.  Press 'Save' to apply changes.

Share form results screen

Set whether to allow the form creator to share the form results screen and select a sharing method.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Form' to go to 'Form'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select 'General'.
  3. Press right to the 'Share results' to select one of the following options.
    • Allow: Allows the form creators to share the form results screen. They can select 1 or more from the link and .csv file sharing.
    • Do not allow: Form creators cannot share the form results
  4.  Press 'Save' to apply changes.
