Message content

This feature is available after applying for the Lite, Standard, or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

Check the sent and received history of messages exchanged by members on NAVER WORKS.

Even if you use the exception management feature, you cannot exclude some members from monitoring.

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.

Message content

Check and search message contents.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Message Content' from the Admin menu.
  2. Press 'Search' to display the 'Message Content' search results on the screen.
  • Message: The content of the sent message.
  • Sender: The name and email address of the member who sent the message.
  • Receiver: The name and email address of the recipient of the message.
  • Date: The date and time the message was sent.

PC Web

  1. Click 'Message Content' from the Admin menu.
  2. Press 'Search' to display the 'Message Content' search results on the screen.
  • Message: The content of the sent message.
  • Sender: The name and email address of the member who sent the message.
  • Receiver: The name and email address of the recipient of the message.
  • Date: The date and time the message was sent.
  • Channel ID: The ID of the message room that exchanged messages.

  • Message: The content of the sent message. In the case of 'Roger', it is displayed as Roger Message instead of 'Message Content'. In the case of CX Talk, it is displayed as 'CX Talk message' instead of 'Message Content'.

  • Date: The date and time the message was sent.

On the PC web, you can search by date range and use the advanced search option to specify multiple conditions simultaneously.

    • Bot message: The option to filter messages sent by bots.
  2. Tap 'Search' to search.

PC Web

  1.  On the 'Message Content' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.
    • Bot message: The option to filter messages sent by bots.
  2. Click 'Search' to view the search results.

Download message content log

Download the retrieved log. File download links will expire in 2 weeks.

  1.  On the 'Message Content' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
  2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
  3. When your file download is ready, you will receive a service notification message. Press 'Download' in the message to download.
