Even if you use the exception management feature, you cannot exclude some members from monitoring.
You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.
Logs are stored for up to 180 days.

Check and search message contents.

- Tap 'Message Content' from the Admin menu.
- Press 'Search' to display the 'Message Content' search results on the screen.
- Message: The content of the sent message.
- Sender: The name and email address of the member who sent the message.
- Receiver: The name and email address of the recipient of the message.
- Date: The date and time the message was sent.
PC Web
- Click 'Message Content' from the Admin menu.
- Press 'Search' to display the 'Message Content' search results on the screen.
- Message: The content of the sent message.
- Sender: The name and email address of the member who sent the message.
- Receiver: The name and email address of the recipient of the message.
- Date: The date and time the message was sent.
- Channel ID: The ID of the message room that exchanged messages.

On the PC web, you can search by date range and use the advanced search option to specify multiple conditions simultaneously.

Download message content log
Download the retrieved log. File download links will expire in 2 weeks.
- On the 'Message Content' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
- At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
- When your file download is ready, you will receive a service notification message. Press 'Download' in the message to download.
