Manage Drive(Folder) links

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Lite, Standard, or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

View the list of links shared by company members, review the details, and delete as needed.

Check shared links

You can check the links shared by members, view the detailed information, and delete them as needed.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Drive Links' to go to the 'Manage Drive Links' page. On mobile, tap to open the menu.

The default condition shows all shared links created today.

  • File/Folder Name: The name of the files or folders shared as a link.
  • Creator: The name of the member who created the shared link.
  • Created Date: The date the shared link was created.
  • Access Permission: This refers to the access permissions for the shared link and displays one of the following options selected by the member when creating the link: access by anyone, with company ID, password, or OTP authentication.
  • Info:Press 'View details' to open the 'View link details' window. You can check the detailed information of the shared link, including access information on the shared link.
  • Delete: Administrators can delete shared links created by members.

Delete shared links

Delete the shared link.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Drive Links' to go to the 'Manage Drive Links' page. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Press 'Delete' right to the shared link you want to delete.
  3. Read the precautions and select 'OK'.

Set search conditions

Set search conditions for shared links that match the criteria and check them quickly.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Drive Links' to go to the 'Manage Drive Links' page. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Press 'Search' to search for shared links that meet the conditions.
    • Press 'Details' at the top right to select or enter the values that meet the conditions.
      • Period: Select the period that the shared link you want to search for was created.
      • File/Folder Name: Enter the file or folder name to search.
      • Link creator: Enter the name of the link creator.
      • Access Permission: You can choose from the following options: Access by anyone, Access with company ID, Access with password, or Access with OTP authentication.

Download as a file

Download a list and information of shared links in .xls file format.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Drive Links' to go to the 'Manage Drive Links' page. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. Select 'View details' on the link to download the file.
  3. Select 'Download' in the 'View link details' page.
