Check shared links

You can view links and related information of notes shared by members.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage ClovaNote Sharing Links'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.

By default, the list shows shared links created today.

Note Title: The name of the shared note. Click the title to view the detailed information.
Shared Link: The link to access the note. Click the title and then check the full link in the details.
Creator: The name of the member who created the shared link.
Access: A permission to access the shared link. Between 'Anyone with the link' and 'Anyone with access', the value selected by the member who created the link is displayed.
Created: The date and time the shared link is created.
Manage: The administrator can delete the link. Deleting the shared link does not delete the note itself.

Delete shared links

Delete the shared link.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage ClovaNote Sharing Links' to go to 'Manage ClovaNote Sharing Links'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
Press 'Remove' in the 'Manage' section right to the shared link. Deleting the shared link does not delete the note itself.
Read the precautions and select 'Delete'.

Enter search criteria to quickly check shared links.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage ClovaNote Sharing Links' to go to 'Manage ClovaNote Sharing Links'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
Press 'Details' at the top right to select or enter the values that meet the conditions.
- Created: Select the period for which shared note link was created.
- Note title: Enter the title of the shared note.
- Link creator: Enter the name of the creator.
- Access: You can select between 'Anyone with the link' and 'Anyone with access'.
- Shared link: Enter the link of the shared note.
Press 'Search' to search for shared links that meet the conditions.
