This feature is available after applying for WORKS Approval or the Lite, Standard, or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can check the full list of devices that members have registered as trusted devices to use 'Login with the phone unlock method', and remove each device if necessary.

You can also check and manage each member's trusted devices in 'Member' > 'Member'.

However, this menu is only displayed if the 'Login with the phone unlock method (FIDO)' setting in 'Security > Account Security' is allowed.

Check the list of trusted devices

You can check the list of trusted devices when the member has set 'Login with the phone unlock method'.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Trusted Devices' to go to 'Trusted Devices'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.

Remove specific trusted devices

You can remove specific trusted devices to have members no longer use the login with the phone unlock function.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Trusted Devices' to expand the menu, then click 'Trusted Devices' to go to ''. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
Select the device you want to remove, then press 'Remove Device' at the top left.
Review the instructions and press 'OK'.

Even after removing trusted devices, members can register them as trusted devices again or log in again on this device using a different login method.
