This feature is available after applying for the Lite, Standard, or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.
Change the order of services displayed in the PC app and add new menus.
Service order settings
Set the order of services to be displayed in the NAVER WORKS PC app menu.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Settings' to expand the menu, then click 'Customize' to go to 'Customize'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press 'PC App'.
- In 'Service Menu', drag and drop the service icon you want to move. Services on the left are displayed at the top of the PC app menu. The adjusted position is immediately visible in the preview area on the left.
- At the top right, press 'Save' to make changes.
On the actual screen, only services that can be used according to member-specific permissions are displayed.
Add shortcut menus
Add shortcut menus to display in the PC app menu. You can add up to 35 menus, and the icon image file must meet the following conditions.
- Size: 54 x 54 pixels
- Smaller than 1 MB
- Uses .png as the extension
- The file name can only contain English letters, numbers, and allowed special characters ( – _ & % ( ) ’ . , )
- Press '+ Add' of 'Shortcut menu'.
- From the 'Add Shortcut Menu' dialogue box, press 'Upload' to upload the icon image file and enter the link URL to link to when the icon is clicked.
- Press 'OK' at the bottom.
- At the top right, press 'Save' to make changes.
- If more than 2 icons are added, is displayed from the second icon.
- To change the icon order, hover the mouse on an icon and change the menu order by moving the icons using .
Initialize settings
- Press 'Initialize' at the top right.
- Press 'Save' to initialize the settings.
