Check the number of members per each of the following statuses: In use, Suspended, Pending, and Deleted.

You can search by specifying the period or download it as an Excel file.

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Statistics'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
  2. In the Statistics menu, tap 'Account' to navigate to the 'Account' screen.

Status by user type

Displays statistics on the user types.

This is only available if 'User type' is set to 'Use', allowing you to view statistics on the number of members by user type.

The first four user types will be displayed as entered by the user, while any types from the fifth onward will be combined and shown as 'Other'.

Number of all members

Displays the statistics on the number of members.

The number of members is the total of all statuses (Suspended, Pending, and Deleted) and does not take the account status into account.

  • View: Select a specific period or enter the search period directly. Then press 'View' to see the statistics. You can only search for data created less than a year.
  • Download: Press 'Download' to download the data on the screen as an Excel file.

Number of members by status

Check the number of members by status.

  • All: If you select all, each item is stacked and displayed on the chart. You can easily check the proportion of each item below.
In use Members who are currently using NAVER WORKS
Awaiting Members whose accounts have been created but cannot log in because they have not been activated
Suspended Members who are temporarily suspended by the administrator or for exceeding failed login attempt limits
Pending Members who are added by an administrator but have not yet signed in to NAVER WORKS
Delete Members who were deleted less than 7 days ago
