Check the number of active users and app users.
You can search by specifying the period or download it as an Excel file.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Statistics'. On mobile, tap
to open the menu. - In the Statistics menu, tap 'Active User' to navigate to the 'Active User' screen.
Number of active users
The section displays the statistics on the number of active users.
The number of active users is the number of members using the service. It only counts the members who have signed in to the NAVER WORKS service during the selected period.
- View: Select a specific period or enter the search period directly. Then press 'View' to see the statistics. You can only search for data created less than a year.
- Download: Press 'Download' to download the data on the screen as an Excel file.
Number of active app users
The section displays the statistics on the number of active app users.
The number of active app users only counts users who have logged in to the mobile/PC app or used the app during the selected period.
Hover your mouse over the chart to see the number of active app users on a specific day.
- View: Select a specific period or enter the search period directly. Then press 'View' to see the statistics. You can only search for data created less than a year.
- Download: Press 'Download' to download the data on the screen as an Excel file.
