Check the tokens used in AiStudio.

A token is the basic unit of text consumed by AI to generate results, and all members of the company share and use tokens together.

Tokens are consumed each time you use the AI features, such as:

• AiStudio: Automatically generate AI Assistant, Automatically generate AI Assistant profile photos, and Chat with AI Assistant
• Mail: Write emails with AI, AI reply suggestions, AI schedule suggestions, AI task suggestions, and summarize emails with AI
• Board: Write posts with AI
• Drive: Summarize documents with AI

You can search by specifying the period and download it as an Excel file.

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Statistics'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. In the Statistics menu, tap 'AiStudio' to navigate to the 'Tokens' tab.

Token Usage (Real-time)

Check the status of the total and remaining number of tokens in real time.

• Total: The total number of tokens available for use on a monthly basis
  • The tokens are shared by all the members.
  • The tokens are calculated and provided based on the starting and ending date of the product.
  • Additionally purchased tokens are added to this.
• Used: Cumulative number of tokens used on a monthly basis
• Available: The remaining number of tokens on a monthly basis

Daily Usage

Check the status of token usage by date.

Daily token usage is not updated in real time and will be available starting the next day.

• View: Select a specific period or enter the search period directly. Then press 'View' to see the statistics. You can only search for data created less than a year.
