PC Web

  1. Open the registration email and click 'Join'.
  2. Click 'Sign up with NAVER' or 'Sign up'.
When you sign up via NAVER, you can quickly and easily sign up and log in with your NAVER ID.
  3. Enter your first and last name, then tap 'Next'.
  4. Enter your country and mobile phone number, then tap 'Request Verification Number'.
  5. Enter the 4-digit verification code you received via SMS.

The mobile phone number used for verification is also used when logging in. If you log in again, you can log in by selecting 'Log in with Phone Number'.

At the time of verification, if it says that the mobile phone number is already in use, you can tap 'Sign up using an ID and password' to create an ID and password to sign up, or select 'Disconnect the existing account' and verify the mobile phone number to continue the registration process.

However, even after completing the registration, you must wait for the administrator's final approval before you can start using the service.

If you did not receive an SMS while verifying your phone number, try the following steps.

  1. Double-check the phone number you entered, ensure you haven't set up message blocking, and check your Spam for the message.
  2. Check the signal reception on your phone and restart it to see if the SMS arrives.
  3. If NAVER WORKS has received an SMS at least once in the past, delete the SMS message you received and then re-verify.

If the issue is not resolved using the above methods, please ask the administrator to create and provide an ID and password directly.
