Create and publish AI Assistants

This feature is available after applying for AiStudio. To use it on the mobile app, apply for NAVER WORKS Core and update the app to version 4.4 or later.

You can create your own AI Assistant for your work.

You can create up to 1,000 AI Assistants.

Create an AI Assistant

Enter values for Basics, Details, Context, and Access to create an AI Assistant.

You can either specify all values manually or enter a description to automatically generate Basics and Details.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap 'AiStudio'.
  3. Tap 'Create AI Assistant' at the top.
  4. Enter a description of the AI Assistant and tap 'Create', then Basics and Details in Enter information in steps are automatically generated.
    Alternatively, you can choose to manually specify all the information.
  5. Tap 'Publish' to make it public for all users.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'AiStudio'.
  3. Click 'Create AI Assistant' at the top right.
  4. Enter a description of the AI Assistant and click 'Create', then Basics and Details in Enter information in steps are automatically generated.
    Alternatively, you can choose to manually specify all the information.
  5. Click 'Publish' to make it public for all users.

Note that the auto-generation of information can only be used to create a new AI Assistant; entering a description irrelevant to AI Assistant creation may result in failed auto-generation.

Enter information in steps

Enter information in the order of Basics, Details, Context, and Access.

Basics

Specify the Basics of your AI Assistant that all Users can view.

  • Profile photo: You can set the profile photo of your AI Assistant displayed in the AI Assistant list, detailed information, and message room. You can upload images up to 2 MB in size.
  • Name: You can enter up to 30 characters. It will be displayed in the AI Assistant list, detailed information, and message room.
  • Description: You can enter up to 150 characters. It will be displayed in the AI Assistant list, detailed information, and message room.
  • Greeting: You can enter up to 500 characters. It will be automatically sent to the user as the first message when a new message room with the AI Assistant is created.
  • Sample Questions: You can enter up to 4 questions, each with a maximum of 100 characters. It will be displayed as example questions that the user can choose when a new message room with the AI Assistant is created.
  • Web Search: You can enable or disable web search for your AI Assistant answers.
    • Enable: The feature is available under 'Specify Search Data' in the message room with the AI Assistant.
    • Disable: The feature is not available under 'Specify Search Data' in the message room with the AI Assistant.
  • Retrieve WORKS Data: The feature is available under 'Specify Search Data' in the message room with the AI Assistant. This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Details

Set the guidelines that the AI Assistant refers to when generating answers.

  • Role: You can enter up to 300 characters. It will be used as a key criterion to determine the AI Assistant's conversation style, tone, and direction of responses.
  • Response Rules: You can enter up to 3,000 characters. It will serve as guidelines for the AI Assistant to follow in terms of expression, content structure, and compliance with standards when generating answers. You can use Markdown to create the rules and select ‘Display simply’ to preview the written rules in the Markdown format.
  • Response Creativity: It specifies the creativity of the answers.
    • High: The AI Assistant actively uses free and creative ideas or expressions in its answers.
    • Medium: The AI Assistant responds naturally while maintaining a balance between factual accuracy and creativity.
    • Low: The AI Assistant minimizes creative expressions and focuses on providing accurate and consistent information in its answers.

The AI Assistant better understands structured answer rules, so it is recommended to use Markdown syntax.

You can use the following Markdown syntax and writing methods in the Response Rulesfield.

  • Headings: Start a line with number signs (#, ##, ###) to create headings, where the number of number signs indicates the heading level.
  • Ordered list: Start a line with numbers (1., 2.) to create a numbered list.
  • Start a line with the (-) sign to create a list.
  • Bold: Enclose a word or phrase with ** to display it in bold.

The following example shows Response Rules using Markdown syntax.

- Create answers in **clear and polite honorifics**, maintaining a **friendly tone**.
- Use **positive expressions** instead of negative ones.

## Prohibitions and restrictions
- **DO NOT use** profanity, aggressive expressions, discriminatory remarks, etc.
- DO NOT include **ambiguous or unverified content**.

Context

Add Context that can be used in the AI Assistant's answers.

Upload files: You can upload files from your device or Drive.

  • You can upload files of up to 5 GB, and the supported file types are as follows:
    • PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, TXT, PDF, MD, HWP, ODT
  • The size of uploaded files is deducted from the shared storage, and files are uploaded depending on the availability of the maximum shared storage capacity.
  • Press '+ Upload' and then to the right of 'Save Method' to select how to save files.
    • Prioritize quality: Recognizes and saves not only the text in the file but also complex tables and images.
    • Prioritize speed: Quickly saves only the text in the file.

Upload emails: You can upload emails from My Mailbox.

  • You can upload up to 100 emails. Note that the content of the uploaded emails may be exposed to all users interacting with the AI Assistant.
  • Press '+ Upload' and then to the right of 'Save Method' to select how to save emails.
    • Prioritize quality: Recognizes and saves not only the text in the email but also complex tables and images.
    • Prioritize speed: Quickly saves only the text in the email.
  • This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Connect message rooms: You can connect message rooms that you belong to so that the AI Assistant can refer to the real-time conversations in those message rooms to generate answers.

  • You can connect up to 10 message rooms, and the content of the connected message rooms is only exposed to their participants.
  • This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Connect boards: You can connect boards so that the AI Assistant can refer to the real-time posts on the connected boards to generate answers.

  • You can connect up to 10 boards, and the content of the connected boards is only exposed to their participants.
  • This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Access

Designate the managers and users of the AI Assistant.

Managers: You can search for members or select from the organization chart to designate them as managers. you can designate up to 3 managers as 'Primary Manager', and Primary Manager will be displayed in the information of the AI Assistant.

Users: Set the scope in which the AI Assistant can be used.

  • All: All members can use the AI Assistant.
  • Managers: Only the managers can use the AI Assistant.
  • Specified members: Only the specified members can use the AI Assistant.

Preview Chat

Preview Chat helps you check the impact of the settings on the AI Assistant in real time.

You can chat with the AI Assistant that responds based on the current settings.

Mobile App

PC Web

  1. Click 'Preview Chat' at the top right.

Select Model

You can set the model of the AI Assistant.

  1. Tap at the top to select a model.

PC Web

  1. Click the model name at the top right to select a model.

Delete AI Assistants

You can delete the AI Assistant you are creating.

Mobile App

  1. Tap  at the top.
  2. Tap 'OK'.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top right.
  2. Click 'Delete'.
  3. Click 'OK'.
