You can set the default environment for using the calendar.
Events view
You can change main screen settings for calendar events view.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap at the top right.
- Tap 'Calendar View Options' under Calendar.
- Enable or disable 'Focus on Selected Week' of 'Month'.
If you enable 'Focus on Selected Week', the selected week's area will expand in the monthly view.
Others weekly view
You can choose whether to display weekends in the Others weekly view.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap  at the top right.
- Tap 'Calendar View Options' under Calendar.
- Enable or disable 'Display Weekends' of 'Others Week'.
Public holidays
You can set whether to show public holidays on the calendar.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap  at the top right.
- Tap 'Calendar View Options' under Calendar.
- Enable or disable 'Public Holidays' of 'Default Display Information'.
First day of the week
You can select Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap  at the top right.
- Tap 'Calendar View Options' under Calendar.
- Select 'Sunday' or 'Monday' as the first day of the week.
The selected start day of the week will be applied to both your personal monthly view and the others' weekly view.
PC Web
- Click at the top right in Calendar.
- For 'Start week on' of the Settings, select 'Sunday' or 'Monday'.
If you check the checkbox of 'Today', the monthly view will start from the day you have selected in 'Start week on'.
Time display
You can set the calendar to display events in either AM/PM format or a 24-hour format.
PC Web
- Click  at the top right in Calendar.
- For 'Time format' of the Settings, select 'AM/PM' or '24 hours'.
Time range
Set the time range to display on the calendar's My schedule (daily/weekly), Others' schedules (daily), and reservation status.
Only the time in the set range is displayed on the screen.
However, the resource reservation screen is displayed to members only when the administrator enables the 'Resource'.
PC Web
- Click at the top right in Calendar.
- Click 'Edit' on the right to 'Event display time' of 'Basic Settings'.
- Set the time range to display.
- Click 'Save'.
Add a company calendar to the first row of the member view
In the member calendar view, you can display company calendar events in the first row.
However, it can only be set if the administrator has enabled the use of company calendar.
PC Web
- Click at the top right of Calendar.
- Enable 'Add company calendar to the first row of Others view' of 'Basic Settings'.
Automatically add invited events
Set the scope for automatically adding invited events to the calendar.
PC Web
- Click at the top right of Calendar.
- In 'Automatically add invited events' of Basic Settings', select 'Add only the event invitations sent from your Contacts (company members or external contacts) to My Calendar' or 'Add all invited events to My Calendar'.
