Add a meeting link to an event

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

When creating an event, you can create a video meeting link or add an existing meeting link.

To create a video meeting link, the administrator must enable 'Voice/Video call and screen share'.

The video meeting link does not expire until you start a call.

Create a video meeting link

You can create a meeting link on the event creation screen.

You can also have a meeting with a live interpretation by selecting 'Interpretation' and then creating a meeting link.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Video Meeting' on the new event screen.
  2. Select 'Create Link'.
  3. Select 'Add Link'.
  4. Enter the details of the event and tap 'Save'.

PC Web

  1. Click 'Add Video Meeting' on the new event page.
  2. Click 'Create Link'.
  3. Click 'Add Video Meeting'.
  4. Enter the details of the event and click 'Save'.

Once the event is saved, you will see the 'Join Video Meeting' button. You can then join the meeting through the link.

Create an external meeting link

When adding a new event in Calendar, you can create an external meeting link that allows you to have a video meeting with guest users.

However, to create an external meeting link, you need permission to chat with a NAVER WORKS user from other companies.

You can also have a meeting with a live interpretation by selecting 'Interpretation' and then creating a meeting link.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Video Meeting' on the new event screen.
  2. Tap 'Create External Link'.
  3. Tap 'Add Link'.
  4. Enter the details of the event and tap 'Save'.

PC Web

  1. Click 'Add Video Meeting' on the new event page.
  2. Click 'Create External Link'.
  3. Click 'Add Video Meeting'.
  4. Enter the details of the event and then click 'Save'.

Participants can join the meeting via the created meeting link or the 'Join Video Meeting' button on the event details.

Enter an existing video meeting link directly

You can add an existing video meeting link to an event.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Video Meeting' on the new event screen.
  2. Select 'Enter Link'.
  3. Enter the details of the meeting link you want to add. (You can only add 1 URL.)
  4. Select 'Add' at the top right.
  5. Enter the details of the event and tap 'Save'.

PC Web

  1. Click 'Add Video Meeting' on the new event page.
  2. Click 'Enter Link'.
  3. Enter the details of the meeting link you want to add. (You can only add 1 URL.)
  4. Click 'Add Video Meeting'.
  5. Enter the details of the event and then click 'Save'.

Automatically record meetings with ClovaNote

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core or ClovaNote.

You can schedule the recording of a video meeting added to your event with ClovaNote.

If 'Auto-record' is scheduled for the event, the ClovaNote bot automatically joins the video meeting at the scheduled start time.

When the recording is complete, the meeting note associated with the event is automatically created.

Mobile App

  1. Add a video meeting link on the new event screen.
  2. If the video meeting can be recorded with ClovaNote, 'Auto-record' appears.
  3. Enable or disable 'Auto-record'.
  4. Tap 'Language'.
  5. Select a language for recording the meeting.
  6. Enter the details of the event and tap 'Save'.

PC Web

  1. Add a video meeting link on the new event screen.
  2. If the video meeting can be recorded with ClovaNote, 'Auto-record' appears.
  3. Enable or disable 'Auto-record'.
  4. Click the box to the right of 'Auto-record'.
  5. Select a language for recording the meeting.
  6. Enter the details of the event and then click 'Save'.

'Auto-record' is only available for the events created in my default calendar.

You can also view the meeting notes created by automatic recording of meetings in 'View Meeting Note' on the event view screen.

In cases of Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, if the video conferencing service undergoes an update or structural change, the integration with ClovaNote may be temporarily interrupted, and the recording function via bot may not work properly.
