This feature is available after applying for ClovaNote.
You can manage the devices.
Connected device management
Check and disconnect connected devices.
The maximum number of mobile devices that can be connected is 2. Please disconnect the existing device to add a new device.
Mobile
- Tap
at the bottom right of the note. - Tap 'Device settings'.
- Tap 'Connected devices' to check the devices connected to ClovaNote.
PC Web
- Click
at the top right of the note. Then, click 'Preferences'. - Click 'Connected devices' at the bottom of 'Basic Settings' to check the devices connected to ClovaNote.
Call preview settings
Check the preview of the recording in advance by transcribing immediately after the call.
Receive a push notification when the call ends. You can upload the recording immediately after checking the preview.
However, on Android, you can only use this feature when the recognized language is 'Korean'.
You cannot use this feature if automatic recording is disabled on your device.
Mobile
- Tap at the bottom right of the note.
- Tap 'Device settings'.
- Tap 'Preview recognition results'.
- Select 'Preview' from 'Select file upload screen'.
- Tap 'New call recording preview notification settings'.
- Enable 'New call recording preview'. A push notification is sent every time the call ends, so you can check the details.
Data saver mode settings
You can set the mobile to upload, download, and convert only in a Wi-Fi environment.
The settings only apply to the device you are currently using.
Mobile
- Tap at the bottom right of the note.
- Tap 'Device settings'.
- Tap 'Mobile data'.
- Enable or disable 'Currently in data saving mode.'.
